Step #1 As soon as you review this package of information, please decide which program you prefer,
then call me to go over any additional questions you may have.

Step #2 Fill out your paperwork: on the first page information about yourself, second page about the
person you are seeking and third page confidential information for office use. Please also attach your photos.
(These are) for my eyes only, not to be sent out..) Please ask us about our photographer.

STEP #3 Please send me via overnight mail only (no post office overnight mail)
(a) your completed paperwork,
(b) the entire catalog with selections on photos you liked and highlighting the program you picked.
(c) a check or cashier’s check payable to Orly (sorry, no credit cards) for the amount of the program you are enrolling in.

STEP #4 As soon as I receive your package, I will call to confirm your enrollment and welcome you aboard.
Please allow ten working days for checks from out of town, five working days for out of town cashier’s checks,
and three working days for local checks to clear. After your check clears, I will schedule your in-depth telephone
interview with me, then, about a week later, we’ll discuss your first match.

STEP #5 Each time I have an introduction for you, I need you to mail me a written authorization on your stationery.
For example: Dear Orly, I have acknowledged the information you gave me about X. I authorize you to give
my phone number, my name and my personal information to X. Sign and date it. (I will never give out your information
without your authorization and never give your home address.) Now we have activated your file.

STEP #6 Because we are not a dating service, we work thoroughly and meticulously, so please get in the habit of
communicating with me. I need your help to get to know you in the process. I must have written feedback each step
of the way, each time you talk on the phone. For example: Dear Orly, I spoke today with X, here are the things
we have in common, and here are the things I still need to find out… and in conclusion, we are going to talk again next day
OR we are meeting on X day in X place. Sign and date. Compliments and comments about your matchmaker are welcome!

STEP #7 After your actual date or weekend together, I must have a verbal and one-page written synopsis feedback,
with conclusions of your decision. For example: I like X. I am interested in an exclusive monogamous relationship.
Place my file on hold OR I will be X’s friend, please move to the next introduction.
I am available on so-and-so date, then sign and date.

Note: All verbal feedback is confidential. All written feedback will be provided to your date by request.
For clients that enroll in the national and international programs, I need your entertainment schedule and travel itinerary.
